I spent 13 years in the trades — renovation and landscaping in Florida. I know what it costs when your scheduling is a mess, your invoices are late, and you're chasing down payments on jobs you finished two weeks ago.
Every piece of software I tried either nickel-and-dimed me per user or was built by people who'd never run a crew a day in their life.
So I built what I actually needed. Plans from $59/month. Jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoices, GPS time clock, pricebook, and 2-way SMS. No per-user fees. No surprise charges when your crew grows.
The flat pricing thesis
A 5-person crew on Jobber Grow pays $299/month. On Housecall Pro Essentials it's $189/month. Halden Pro Pro is $99/month with no per-seat fees — same crew, a fraction of the cost. That's not a discount. That's a different model.
